| Sat., Apr. 27 is our HUGE garage sale at the Acton Tabernacle, 8 am - 3 pm. Way too many items to list. If you would like to donate good "stuff", please call the Shelter, Tues-Sat, noon-5pm, 817-326-3647. We do have a storage unit. No clothes, or heavy appliances or furniture, please. | ||

| Just wanted to let everyone know that our Bake Sale last weekend (Mar. 16-17) was a huge success. We made $970 and with other money received for the sale, it actually came to a total of over $1,000!!!! I want to thank everyone who contributed baked goods and money. You are the ones who made this such a success!!!!! | ||

| It's time again to rescan your Kroger Care Card with our bar code!!! This program started July 1, 2012 and will end April 30, 2013. Even if you had your card scanned last year, you will need to do it again. You can pick up the Kroger barcode letter at the Shelter. For the period 2011/2012, Kroger presented us with a check for $10,202!!!!!!!! So please tell all your friends too. What an easy way for you to help our Shelter!!!!!
